RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We cannot offer exchange or refunds on personalised items unless the item is defective.

If you wish to return a non-personliased item please contact us before you ship it back to us via our email info@bellesandbeausuk.com.

You have 14 days after receiving the order to send it back to us for a full refund or an exchange however you must cover the postage costs and send tracking information.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days, I will always do our best to dispatch orders sooner if possible. 

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. 

At this time we are only able to ship within the UK.

 

All orders are inclusive of P&P and are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class which typically takes 2-4 business days from dispatch.

Please note that during busy periods for Royal Mail this may take longer and is beyond our control.
